We have built our business model on repeat business. This means pricing our work fairly, with enough room to complete the job to the best quality possible while maintaining reasonable grounds for our client. Establishing a good, ongoing relationship with our client is essential to us. This means coming back to sort out any issues that crop up after we are done, and keeping in touch.

Staff Loyalty
We have had some staff members for over 25 years. Together they have built client’s houses, and later returned to renovate them. They are trustworthy and dedicated. Clients feel comfortable with these people in their homes;  people they know.

We have sub contractors and suppliers that get regular, repeat business. We keep using their services because they do a good job, and they keep coming back because we value them and treat them fairly. Everyone wins – we get the job we want – they get the work from a trusted source.

Respectfulness
To get the repeat business we hope for, things need to be fair. We need to deal with and meet our clients needs in a straight and respectful manner. We look to achieve a working relationship with our clients, where our needs and theirs are aligned. Get it done, do it right and come back again!
